Top-up Policy

1. Luxdrama includes both free and premium content.

2. Premium episodes can be unlocked using Coins or accessed with an active Membership.

3. While your Membership is active, you can enjoy premium content included in your plan without using Coins.

4. Purchases are credited to the account you are logged in to. Purchased Coins will be added to that account after successful payment. If your balance is not updated, please contact Support.

5. Coin auto-refill: when your balance is too low to unlock an episode, the same Coin pack is purchased again at the same price using your saved payment method, and the new Coins are added to your remaining balance.

6. Memberships automatically renew after successful payment unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your Membership from your account settings.

7. All payments, Coin purchases, and Membership renewals are currently processed through the Luxdrama website.

8. You can view your payment history, manage or cancel your Membership, and turn off Coin auto-refill from your account settings on the Luxdrama website.

9. Coins used to unlock an episode will be deducted from your balance and cannot be reused.

10. For payment, subscription, or account issues, go to Profile > Chat.
