The Service is intended for users aged 17 years and older.

You must be at least 17 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws.

Certain content available through the Service may contain mature themes, including romance, betrayal, violence, suspense, and other sensitive topics intended for mature audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.

Some features of the Service require an account. You may register or sign in using Google, Apple, Facebook, email, or other authentication methods that we may support from time to time.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not share, transfer, sell, lease, or otherwise allow another person to use your account. You may not impersonate another individual or create an account using false or misleading information.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or your credentials have been compromised, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Luxdrama grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, extract, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service.

You may not use bots, scripts, automation tools, or other technologies that interfere with the normal operation of the Service or attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security measures.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by Luxdrama and its licensors.

Certain features, episodes, and services are available only through paid access, including subscriptions, virtual coins, one-time purchases, promotional access, or other premium offerings.

Premium content may include paid episodes, early access, VIP features, exclusive content, bonus rewards, and additional benefits introduced from time to time.

Access to premium content is licensed and not sold. Purchasing premium content does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Luxdrama may modify available premium content, pricing, benefits, promotional offers, regional availability, or access requirements at any time, subject to applicable law.

Luxdrama may offer virtual coins that can be purchased or earned through the Service.

Purchased coins have no cash value, are licensed rather than sold, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for money, property, or any other form of value. Purchased coins are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, purchased coins do not expire.

Reward coins may be earned through activities such as watching advertisements, completing missions, daily check-ins, promotional campaigns, or special events. Reward coins may expire, may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

Luxdrama reserves the right to modify reward programs, coin pricing, exchange rates, promotional activities, eligibility requirements, or other virtual economy features at any time.

If we reasonably believe that fraudulent activity has occurred, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, bot usage, unauthorized coin generation, exploitation of bugs, or abuse of reward systems, we may suspend accounts, remove coins or rewards, restrict paid features, or terminate access to the Service without compensation where permitted by law.

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

You may not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service;
• upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape, copy, or systematically extract content;
• use bots or automated tools except where expressly permitted;
• exploit payment systems, rewards, or promotional campaigns;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other users;
• use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.

The Service and all associated content, including videos, scripts, artwork, images, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, audio, designs, interfaces, and other materials, are owned by Luxdrama or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected].

Your notice should include:

• identification of the copyrighted work;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material;
• your contact information;
• and a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

The Service may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including Apple App Store, Google Play, authentication providers, payment processors, advertising networks, analytics providers, and other technology partners.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Luxdrama is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the Service, infringed intellectual property rights, or otherwise created risk for Luxdrama or other users.

Upon suspension or termination, access to the Service may end immediately. Coins, subscriptions, rewards, premium access, and other in-app benefits may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. However, deleting your account or removing the application from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law, shall remain in effect.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxdrama disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, that content will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxdrama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of access to the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Luxdrama’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Luxdrama during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxdrama, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and business partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luxdrama is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute arises relating to these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be resolved through binding arbitration or before a court of competent jurisdiction, as required or permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the Service, by email, or through other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
